Shipping Policies
We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state, as well as Canada. At this time we do not ship internationally.
All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.
We ship via UPS ground, 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Return Policies
We will gladly replace defective products. However, if you have a product that is not defective and, for any other reason you decide not to keep it, we do have a 14 day return/refund policy.
Products must be returned 2 weeks from the time of shipment, in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do have product descriptions on the website and we encourage you to read them before you order so that you are able to order the best product for your needs.
Before returning a product, you must call 636-462-1460 for authorization. No saddles will be accepted for return and all sales are final, however, if you have concerns about the quality of your saddle please visit www.reinsman.com for warranty information.
